FAQs

Do you require
a deposit?

Yes, we do require a security deposit at the time of booking your birthday party or event. All deposits are non-refundable, so be sure of details like location/venue, date, etc. before booking. The deposit secures your booking. The remainder of the amount must be paid at least 7 days before the start of your party.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your party/event as soon as you know the details of your event. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, meaning if we have already been booked on that day, we may not be able to service your party.

Do I need to rent
a venue?

No, you do not have to rent a venue unless you decide to. Most of the parties we service are at the client's home. We service parties in living rooms, backyards, businesses, meeting rooms in movie theaters, parks, etc. The location is up to you, as long as it fits with our guidelines (listed below) and you have permission from owner of venue.

Is gratuity included in your prices?

No, gratuity for our entertainers is not included in our prices. Tips are customarily $20-$100 per staff member at the event. However, any amount you give will be greatly appreciated by our entertainers.

Where does
Wish Upon A Party travel for parties?

A few of the locations we service are:
Panama City, Panama City Beach, Destin, Fort Walton, Lynn Haven, Crestview, Niceville, 30a, Miramar Beach, Inlet Beach, Bristol, Mexico Beach, Tallahasse, Milton, Pace, and Pensacola, Florida.
Certain locations may require an additional mileage fee. Feel free to inquire about your location if your city is not listed.

Guidelines and policies:
Wish Upon A Party and its owners, operators, and employees assume no liability for any accidents or allergies. As the client, you assume all responsibility and liability for all guests.
AT LEAST one parent/guardian must be present at every event, for the duration of the event. A parent must be present to supervise the party and step in in the case of an unruly guest, child or adult.
If your party is outside, you MUST provide an indoor backup location in the case of possibly damaging weather.
We will never share any information that you provide us except to complete our services.

Terms and Conditions

Please read all terms and conditions fully before booking your party.
By completing their payment (deposit or full price), the Buyer agrees to all conditions listed in this Sales Agreement.
IN CONSIDERATION OF THE COVENANTS and agreements contained in this Sales Agreement the parties to this agreement agree as follows:
1. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or leave any event without refund for the following reasons:
a. The safety or comfort of a performer or team member has been threatened
b. There is behavior that could be potentially damaging to company property
c. There is potentially damaging or dangerous weather (or the ground is saturated from previous rain) and the Buyer has not provided an indoor location
d. Any of the information the Buyer has provided is falsified
e. There is no parent or guardian present at the event to supervise children and party guests
f. Another party company is in attendance that we have not been made aware of
g. The buyer has not gotten permission for our performers or team members to enter the location
2. The Buyer acknowledges that photos taken at their event may be used for advertising purposes (unless requested otherwise by the Buyer in an email)
3. Wish Upon a Party and it’s owners, operators, and performers assume no liability for any accidents or allergies. As the client, you assume all responsibility and liability for all guests.
4. Wish Upon a Party will never share any information that you provide us except to complete our services
5. The Buyer agrees that deposits are non-refundable, unless Wish Upon a Party cancels for any reason other than those listed above, an act of God, etc.
6. The Buyer acknowledges that the full payment is due 7 days PRIOR to the event and the Seller can cancel the event without refund if the payment is not received by that date.
By completing their payment (deposit or full price), the Buyer agrees to all conditions listed in this Sales Agreement.
